Yes, you can. Please bear in mind, though, that scheduling issues or other unforeseen circumstances may affect your driver’s availability, and there is always a possibility – albeit a small one – that you may not get your preferred driver.
As we rent a variety of different vehicles, the amenities available for each one vary. That said, our limousines generally come with such features as leather seats, climate control, mini-bars, entertainment systems and mood lighting. Please look closely at the vehicles you’re considering booking, and feel free to reach out for additional details on any of them.
All of our party buses and limousines have built-in coolers that come stocked with ice, as well as glassware and napkins. Customers and their guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, though kegs are not permitted. We suggest bringing smaller, individual containers to avoid the spills that sometimes accompany drinks that need to be poured and/or mixed. Should spilled food and/or beverages require extensive cleaning, the customer will incur a cleaning charge of $250.
We promote responsible drinking. Generally speaking, alcohol is permitted in our vehicles as long as all passengers are of legal drinking age. Please note, though, that we adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol, and these local laws may vary.
Indeed we do. In fact, we specialize in transportation for special occasions: weddings, proms, birthday parties, corporate events, bachelor and bachelorette parties, etc. Our goal is for your occasion to be memorable, and our professional staff and top-quality vehicles are key parts of that goal.
Yes, though child seats must be requested at the time of booking. We offer car seats, booster seats and rear-facing infant carriers for a nominal fee, which you can find on our Traveling with Children page. All children ages 5 and under must use child seats in our vehicles, with no exceptions! You may also bring your own child seats if you prefer, though, because of insurance requirements, our chauffeurs cannot install them; your party must handle the installations. Please note that our online booking engine will not automatically add car seat charges to your quoted rate; those charges will appear when you receive your confirmation email.
Traveling with ChildrenNo – all Limitless Limo vehicles are smoke-free. Neither drivers nor customers are allowed to smoke, and that rule extends to vapes and e-cigarettes. We will charge a minimum of $300 if customers smoke or vape inside our vehicles, as this forces us to remove the vehicle from service while it is professionally cleaned and deodorized.
Yes. As with the smoking example above, vehicles with vomit in them must be professionally cleaned in order to ensure the safety of our clients. We will charge a minimum $400 fee if any member of your party vomits in one of our vehicles.
We will assess a damage fee if, after you rental is complete, we discover any damage to the vehicle. This may include the above-mentioned fees for smoking, vomiting, or spilled food and drinks. In addition, we may charge fees for broken glassware, torn or ripped seats, damage to the entertainment systems or their remote controls, or similar mayhem. All fees are assessed by our management and applied accordingly.
If you accidentally leave anything in one of our vehicles, you have a number of options for getting your item(s) back. You may pick up your belongings at our facility free of charge, or you can arrange for us to ship them to you, whereupon you will be responsible for all shipping costs. It is also possible for us to deliver your belongings to you in person at your residence or hotel. If we already have a vehicle headed there, we can provide this delivery for free, but if you need the items immediately and cannot wait, we will have to bill you for the full fare.
The privacy of our clients’ information, including itineraries, is of paramount importance to us at Limitless Limo. All of our employees and chauffeurs are required to sign NDAs upon hiring as a protective measure.
