How do I book a limo service in Columbus, Ohio?

Booking our limo service is easy! You can either call our number, email us, or book online to make a reservation. Provide your details, including the date, time, and type of service you need, and we will take care of the rest.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a diverse fleet of vehicles, including traditional limousines, luxury sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, Rolls Royce, and party buses. Our vehicles are well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities.

We have vehicles ranging from as little as 3 passengers up to 35, depending on the party size.

How can I provide a review or feedback on trips and service?

As a service-based business, we are committed to providing the absolute best experience to our customers. We always welcome feedback and appreciate people taking the time.

What is the cost to rent a limo?

Keep in mind that limousine rental prices will always change and fluctuate depending on:

  1. The day – Saturdays are the busiest day of the week, so pricing is higher on these days as well as certain holidays and special events. (Sundays – Thursdays we can typically provide discounted rates.)
  2. How long do you want to rent the car? – We have a 4 hour minimum on most vehicles (unless you are going to the airport)
  3. Which limo are you interested in? – We have sedans and SUVs all the way to 40 passenger party buses. Each vehicles’ hourly rate is based upon the maximum passenger capacity for that vehicle.

Yes, all our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced. They undergo rigorous background checks and are committed to providing safe and reliable transportation services.

How do you reserve a vehicle?

Reserving a Limitless Limo or Party Bus is simple. Choose any of the following methods:

Can I view the vehicles before booking?

Absolutely! We welcome our customers to schedule an appointment to view our fleet in person. Seeing the vehicles firsthand can help you choose the one that best suits your needs and preferences.

Can I make last minute changes to my reservation?

We understand that plans can change. While we recommend making reservations in advance, we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes whenever possible. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any modifications to your booking.

How do you handle billing and payment?

We offer transparent billing. You will receive a detailed invoice outlining the services provided. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, for your convenience.

We require a 50% deposit down for all reservations except airport transfers. Airport transfers must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Will my quoted rate change after my reservation is confirmed?

The base hourly rate will not change after your reservation is confirmed. The only charge that is variable is the fuel service surcharge. If there is a significant increase in fuel prices that surcharge could increase by up to 5%.

Communication FAQs

What information will I have about the driver and vehicle before pick-up, and when should I expect to receive it?

Once your chauffeur is assigned, he/she will reconfirm the details of your ride a day before your scheduled pickup via a text message to you. You may inform your chauffeur of any last minute changes once you are contacted.

What is the communication protocol before and during the trip?

You may inform your chauffeur of any last minute changes once you are contacted. You may text or call your chauffeur at anytime during your rental to communicate with them.

How can I monitor the progress of reservations on my own? Do I have to initiate a status update via the phone?

You can download our app to track the location of your chauffeur and vehicle, update or change your reservation, pick-up or drop-off locations, etc.

What confidentiality polices exist to protect personal information and privacy (including itineraries), inside and outside the vehicle?

The privacy of our clients is of the upmost importance to us. All of our chauffeurs and employees are required to sign NDAs upon hiring to protect any and all of our client’s information.

Hourly Rental FAQs

When does the time start on my rental?

At Limitless Limo and Party Bus, the rental time starts when we arrive at your first pickup location, as long as it is located within 30 minutes from our base in Dublin.

Can I spread my rental (hourly service) during different times of day?

No, All rentals MUST run concurrently.

Can I get a refund for unused time for my rental?

No, Once you book a rental for a specific number of hours, we place a hold on that particular vehicle for the duration of the time booked.

When does our time begin?

Your time begins when the driver arrives at the first location. However, if the pick-up is more than 30 minutes away from our facility in Columbus, the time begins when our driver leaves our facility. Your rental period ends when the last passenger leaves the vehicle.

What are your rental hourly service requirements/policy?

All charters have a 3-5 hour mandatory minimum rental. The duration of minimum rental will depend on the type of vehicle booked and the season. We have a minimum of 6 hour required for all limos and buses during the prom season and during special events.

Airport Transfer FAQs

Are your services available for airport transfers?

Absolutely! We offer reliable airport transfer services to and from all major airports in the Columbus, Ohio area. Our chauffeurs monitor flight schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, making your airport travel convenient and stress-free.

How will I find my driver at Port Columbus International Airport?

Your driver will meet and greet you in the designated pickup area of the airport, located down the escalators to level 1 (baggage claim area). Your driver will display a professionally made sign with our name Limitless Limo and Party Bus as well as your name.

Where do oversized vehicles pickup at Port Columbus International Airport?

Due to limited parking spaces for oversized vehicles, your chauffeur will not be able to meet & greet you in the baggage claim area. You MUST call or text your driver after everyone in your group has retrieved their luggage. Your professional chauffeur will be waiting at the airport holding area awaiting your call or text. Once you contact your chauffeur, he /she will provide you with a specific space number to go to. You will be instructed to take the escalator down to level 1 (baggage claim) and wait for your chauffeur to arrive. Your chauffeur will arrive within 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.

What if my flight gets delayed? Will I be charged wait time?

Yes. We will charge $25/hr for delayed flights. This applies to all booked vehicles except limos or buses. If a limo or bus party is delayed, we will charge $35/hr for delayed flights. We can not waive this fee since the drivers have to be paid while waiting for delayed flights.

What is your wait time policy?

We allow 15 minutes grace period for all pickups except airports. Wait time charges will apply after the expiration of the 15 minute grace period. The charges will be pro-rated and an appropriate hourly rate will be billed for the awaiting vehicle. Airport wait time charges will apply 30 minutes after flight has landed.
