We understand that plans can change. While we recommend making reservations in advance, we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes whenever possible. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any modifications to your booking.
We offer transparent billing. You will receive a detailed invoice outlining the services provided. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, for your convenience.
We require a 50% deposit down for all reservations except airport transfers. Airport transfers must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The base hourly rate will not change after your reservation is confirmed. The only charge that is variable is the fuel service surcharge. If there is a significant increase in fuel prices that surcharge could increase by up to 5%.
No, However 99% of times you will get the vehicle you booked. If we do not have the vehicle you booked due to unforeseen circumstances, We will try our best to place you in a better more costly vehicle. In the event you are transported in a vehicle which costs less than the one you booked, We will credit you the difference in fare. In case of a more costly vehicle substitute, We will not issue any refunds or offer any discounts.
Included in the price of your Limitless Limo and Party Bus hourly rental is the Industry Standard 20% Drivers Fee. If your Chauffeur goes above and beyond for you and you want to give them an additional tip, that is entirely up to you and your group.
Sometimes Google maps might not be able to locate your origin or destination. In that case simply type in the correct address for your origin and destination and you should be able to select the correct address from the drop down list. Should the system still fail to show you the correct destination or origin in the drop down list, you may call us at 614-926-5466 and we will be more than happy to assist you in setting up your reservation.

All airport transfer bookings MUST be cancelled 2 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. All hourly service contracts MUST be cancelled 90 days prior to the date of service. Your card will be refunded in full as long as you cancel within the contracted time. All cash payments will be issued a refund check for the full fare as long as the customer adheres to our cancellation policy.
All confirmation emails are sent out within 24 hours of receipt, however most confirmations are emailed within the same day.

Our policy clearly states that you must cancel your airport transfer reservation 2 days in advance of your pickup date, as well as 7 days in advance if arriving at an airport outside of Columbus. We require a 90 day cancellation notice for all rentals. When your reservation is accepted, we hold a specific vehicle for you, which means that we will not double book that car for ground transportation. If you cancel your transportation without the required notification you will be charged the full amount plus all applicable taxes and fees.
