How do I book a limo service in Columbus, Ohio?

Booking our limo service is easy! You can either call our number, email us, or book online to make a reservation. Provide your details, including the date, time, and type of service you need, and we will take care of the rest.

What is the cost to rent a limo?

Keep in mind that limousine rental prices will always change and fluctuate depending on:

  1. The day – Saturdays are the busiest day of the week, so pricing is higher on these days as well as certain holidays and special events. (Sundays – Thursdays we can typically provide discounted rates.)
  2. How long do you want to rent the car? – We have a 4 hour minimum on most vehicles (unless you are going to the airport)
  3. Which limo are you interested in? – We have sedans and SUVs all the way to 40 passenger party buses. Each vehicles’ hourly rate is based upon the maximum passenger capacity for that vehicle.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and experienced?

Yes, all our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced. They undergo rigorous background checks and are committed to providing safe and reliable transportation services.

Can I request a specific driver?

Absolutely! However please keep in mind that we might have to send a different driver due to scheduling issues and unforeseen circumstances.

What amenities are included in your limousines?

Our limousines come with amenities such as leather seats, climate control, entertainment systems, mini-bars, and mood lighting. Specific amenities may vary depending on the vehicle type, so please inquire about the features of the limo you’re interested in.

What amenities are your vehicles stocked with?

All limousines & party buses are stocked with ice in the built-in coolers, glassware and napkins. Customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. Kegs are not permitted in any vehicle. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger in the vehicle is over the age of 21. We recommend you choose small ready to use individual bottles of alcohol, rather than larger quantity containers that require pouring and mixing to avoid spills.

Is alcohol allowed inside the limousines?

Yes, alcohol is allowed for passengers of legal drinking age. However, please note that we strictly adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption. We promote responsible drinking and expect our passengers to do the same.

Do you provide services for special occasions like weddings and proms?

Yes, we specialize in providing limo services for weddings, proms, corporate events, birthdays, and other special occasions. Our experienced chauffeurs and elegant vehicles are tailored to make your event memorable.

Can customers bring items for us to put in the vehicle?

Yes, you may bring in beverages, and we can put them in the vehicle. Snacks/food are allowed as well, but there is an excessive cleaning charge of $250 if deemed necessary.

Do you provide child seats?

All child seats MUST be requested at the time of booking. We charge a nominal fee of $25.00 per car seat, $20 per booster seat and $25.00 per infant carrier for each leg of your trip(Prices subject to change without notice). All children 5 years or younger must use child seats No exceptions!! You may bring your own child seats if you wish. Chauffeurs will not install any child seats in the vehicles due to our insurance requirements. Clients must install the child seats. Online booking engine will not add child seat charges to the quoted rates. The child seat charges will show once you receive your confirmations.

Is smoking allowed inside vehicles?

No. All of our vehicles are smoke free. We do not allow our customers or chauffeurs to smoke inside our vehicles. This ban includes e-cigarettes and vapes as well. We have a minimum of $300.00 fee for any smoking inside of our vehicles. We have to remove the vehicle from service and we have to get it professionally cleaned and deodorized.

How much do you charge if someone vomits inside the vehicle?

We have a minimum of $400.00 fee for any vomit inside of our vehicles. We have to remove the vehicle from service and we have to get it professionally cleaned in order to ensure safety for our clients.

What is a damage fee?

A damage fee is assessed if upon completion of your rental, we find that any of the glassware is broken, the seats are torn/ripped, the remotes for the entertainment systems are missing, etc. These fees will be assessed by our management and applied accordingly.

What happens if I leave my personal belongings inside the vehicle?

We can ship your belongings to you or you can pick them up at our facility. Clients will be responsible for all shipping costs. Should you want us to deliver the items to your local residence or hotel, we can do that once we have a vehicle heading your way at no charge. We will have to bill you the full fare if you need the items immediately and cannot wait.

What confidentiality polices exist to protect personal information and privacy (including itineraries), inside and outside the vehicle? How are they enforced?

Our client’s privacy is of the upmost importance to us. All of our chauffeurs and employees are required to sign NDA’s upon hiring to protect any and all of our client’s information.

Can we bring our own music?

Please do. All vehicles are equipped with state of the art sound systems. You can connect your device with an AUX cable or Bluetooth.
